Q:How do I know my order has been confirmed?

If the order has been completed correctly and confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details.

Q:How do I check the status of my order?

When the order will be shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment.

Q:Can I cancel or change my order (add or delete) information?

Once an order has been completed, it is not possible to make changes or cancel the order.

It is necessary to wait for delivery before proceeding with a possible return or buyback.

Q:Delivery Time

The standard delivery time for an order is 7-10 business days on average, in the case of customized items, it will take some time to make, so it may exceed our original estimated delivery time.

Q:I have not received an order confirmation email for more than 24 hours?

If you see a confirmation message at the time of purchase, we suggest you check your spam folder. If you do not find an order confirmation email, please contact us and we will respond to your message within 24 hours.

Q:Is the payment secure?

Security is very important to us, so we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and protected. Q:What about defective clothing?

If you have received a defective product, we apologize for this and we want to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For items purchased online, once you find a defect, please contact Customer Service and provide as many details as possible (order number, product information, pictures of the defect).
Within 24 hours a customer service representative will find a solution and respond to your request as soon as possible.

Q:How do I return an item?

We accept return requests within 14 days after the order has been signed for, please see the Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Q:How do I replace an item?

If you would like to replace an item with a different size or color, please return it for a refund and place a new order. To return your item, we recommend that you follow the instructions on the Returns and Refunds page.

Q:How long does it take to receive my refund?

Depending on the shipping method you used, it may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the item to be returned to our warehouse. Once the returned items are received, we will send an email and confirmation of the refund.

All refunds will automatically be made according to the payment method used when placing the order. The amount will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days depending on the processing time of your account's bank.

Q:How will I receive my refund?

All refunds for returned items will be made via the payment instrument used at the time of purchase or by bank transfer, in the same way they were made. No refunds will be accepted outside of this method. The cost of the return will be your full responsibility.
